I love the details on your block particularly the berries.
I too am trying to get fit although I was told 50,000 steps a week was the goal. I am wondering if CQ bloggers who want to get fit would embrace a challenge and once a week post their weekly tally? I know it would motivate me a bit more- drop me an email as to what you think about the idea if you think its good.
