Christmas Cracker

I was good and waited until Christmas Morning to Pop open my Christmas Cracker! Many thanks to Mary for all the goodies she packed inside.

She even double wrapped the tube so it was double fun getting to the goodies.

Once inside the cracker I found buttons, beads, thread, charms, a velvet piece of ribbon and some crocheted lace! It was such fun to see what all was crammed inside the roll. Thanks again Mary for all the goodies!

Christmas Cracker - CQI Swap

On the CQI list we are holding a Christmas Cracker Swap. Inside this 7 inch tube are all kinds of goodies to be sent off to my swap partner. Mine is all stuffed and ready to go ... just waiting to be mailed on the 15th of November.

Christmas Block

I was lucky enough to swap some fabric and buttons last week with Jill on the CQI list. In return she supplied me with some Santa Silk Prints. I just love Santa and she did a beautiful job printing them out for me. Here is the block I pieced using one of them.

In real life this block looks a lot better than in the picture. The colors really go together well and I'm looking forward to working on this block.

Merry Christmas from the South Family! It's not very often we all get together and we are still missing two from this picture but it is most of the South Family. That's me in the middle in the black top.
