I've also been working on my diet and exercise plan. I've taken up the challenge of 10,000 steps a day. I thought it would be 'easy' to do 10,000 steps but it's tougher than I thought! Now I'm taking it one day at a time and trying to make my goal at least 3 times a week. Losing weight and getting in shape is not fun yet!
