I once again am working on dropping those extra pounds. It gets harder and harder each year! I bought a new pair of walking shoes this weekend and have found a friend to walk with a couple days a week so hopefully this will be the start of a downward trend.
I purchased this set of scales a month ago because I thought it might be fun to watch the ounces drop off. LOL ... what ever it takes to motivate me!

you can say that again, harder each year. Jillian Mckeith has an interesting healthy eating approach. She is on the BBC with a program called You Are What You Eat. Something different.
