It goes without saying but my New Year's resolution (and I hate making them because I never acheive them) is to once again tackle my sewing area. It looks like I need to really get serious this time. I know there has to be a better way and I plan to figure out what it is! Organization ... organization ... organization ... downsize, throw away ... whatever it takes! No wonder I don't feel like finishing anything.

I see where my clothes that need ironing are starting to blend in with the fabric piles. I may have to do another fabric give away as soon as I get control of what exactly is in here.

You and me both. It must be a Kentucky thing. I've got so much new fabric, and trying to add it to the old pile is discouraging.

LOL I thought my room was bad - I am just taking a breather here as I am in the middle of studio blitz myself - and being summer in OZ the temperature is nearly at the century mark
I had to smile at your comments about organization

Ahhh, you make me feel not quite as bad...I said to ds earlier, do you think one can be a 'collector' and be organized, too? He said, a museum curator, to which I added, and infinate space! Not a resolution maker either, but ...

Happy New Year to you!
