We finally got some rain yesterday and it really perked up the garden. As a matter of fact some of it looks like a jungle. It's been so hot the past three weeks I've just let it go. I need to get out there and pick some tomatoes and peppers today.
The daylillies wouldn't bloom when it was so hot. I was pleased to see them blooming when I went out this morning.

Funny, I was just commenting on someone's blog that it was dry and everything here looked baked and miserable! I am glad you got enough rain to keep your garden lush!
