I've been working on my blocks during lunch hour. The colors are so cheerful, it's fun to see how they are coming together.
I found a site today and thought this was interesting. The
technique allows you to combine fresh flowers with your stitching. Interesting concept ... I may have to play around with it.

I love the colors. Just looking at it does give one a happy feeling. I like what you did with the lace piece, too. Did you do the tatting? It is on my list of things to learn. =)
I took a tatting class once but never did master it. I know I need to practice but then I never seem to have enough time. So I buy tatting at yard sales, antique malls and where ever I can find it.
