I started working on some of the seams today after I spent more time in the garden than I planned.
My first goal was the butterfly block, trying to fill in the space around the butterfly to see if I could balance out the fact it was not centered on the piece of fabric.
I hand dyed this piece of lace a long time ago and found that it was a perfect match to the colors in this block. I love that it matched so well!
