I did really well this week stepping around town! I hit 71,638 steps! This is my all time high and I hit 10,000 steps 5 out of the 7 days. I took it easy yesterday as a reward. I also attended 3 water aerobics class last week.

But I'm disappointed that I'm not losing the pounds. I really think I'm eating better and it is discouraging to put forth this effort and not lose the pounds. I'm not giving up yet .... I just have to find the right combination.

keep your chin up - itwill come off or be turned into muscle I have not lost an inch either

I am with you...I have been swimming and walking regularly for two months and the scale moves the same six pounds up and down...sometimes from one day to the next. It really is crazy-making. I am going to do my readouts on Sunday, since that was the last time I accidentally reset my counter. LOL
