While looking for something else this weekend I came across this sampler I made in high school. It was my first attempt at embroidery. I remember the assignment and we had to use at least 5 different stitches.
Karen, that is just too cute! I still have my first piece of embroidery too. It's a kitchen towel and I sometimes display it on top of my microwave. I think I did mine when I was 7 so it's far from perfect and I like it.
