I decided the center heart needed a little something to help it stand out. It didn't travel well and I needed to sew down a few of the edges.
I decided to slit it open in the back and add a little stuffing.
The first border sort of evened out the edges and squared it up.

Next border in gold really made it pop!
That looks great! The trapunto and the gold border are really nice touches that make it special.
